Warranty Policy

The products at Gobol are subject to Two types of Limited Warranty as specified below:

 

Manufacturer Warranty: This is the Standard warranty provided by the respective brand or manufacturer of the product. All products under ‘Surplus’ and ‘Super Buy’ category and most of the products under ‘Carton Damaged’ and ‘Refurbished’ carry Manufacturer Warranty, unless specified otherwise. The terms & conditions of the warranty vary from product to product. Also the brand or manufacturer can change the warranty terms without any prior communication to Gobol or to the end-consumer. Gobol would not be liable for any such change. In some cases, the terms of manufacturer warranty for products sold on Gobol could be different from the regular manufacturer warranty available on new branded electronics.

 

Seller Warranty:  This is the Limited warranty provided by Gobol on Refurbished and Pre-Owned products. Consumers must produce the invoice to claim the warranty.

 
Delivery Details

Gobol currently provides free delivery for most of its products all over India. Delivery of some products is however, limited to certain locations. For more information on delivery locations of products, you can use the ‘Check Availability’ tool above or call our customer support.
