Gobol Returns, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
All products (except mobiles and tablets) sold on Gobol are subject to a 7-day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy. If you are not satisfied with the product that has been delivered, you can contact our customer care, put a return-request and get refund by returning us your parcel within 7 days of the receipt of your order. Items must be in original condition with original packaging and accessories. You must return your shipment to the originating warehouse, from where your order was shipped. Only exchange is applicable to mobiles and tablets. You can call our customer support at 1800-419-3283 for more information.
Following the cancellation of an order or return of a product, refunds will be provided to the customer. Refunds Requests received before the 20th of each month will be processed by the end of the month. Requests for refunds received after 20th of the month will be processed at the end of the following month. Kindly note that only the order amount will be refunded – freight/shipping fees for the return will be at your own expense.
Due to the nature of the items sold on Gobol (Factory Seconds, Surplus, Refurbished, Carton Damaged, Pre-Owned) some items in these categories may have dents or scratches. Gobol makes every attempt to ensure that the buyer is aware of these conditions prior to the purchase. It is a condition of sale that the buyer must be aware of and that from time to time these may exist. The replacement/repair will be based on the terms of warranty promised at the time of purchase.
When does the ‘Replacement Policy’ not apply?
The ‘Replacement Policy’ does not extend to:
1. Any cosmetic blemish such as dents or scratches on products
2. Damages due to misuse of product
3. Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories
4. Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturers/ seller warranty
